We’re excited to announce that we’ve added additional international currency support to our Giftogram platform. In addition to our previously available international currencies, our customers can now send gift cards to recipients in the Philippines and Mexico in their local currency.
The Philippines and Mexico are among the top global hubs for business process outsourcing, also known as BPO. As many US-based businesses continue to invest in outsourced resources, we’ve listened to our customers’ growing needs for employee gifting options in these locations.
Retailers available for recipients in the Philippines and Mexico
Giftogram recipients in the Philippines will have their choice of gift card from hundreds of top retailers including Nike, Jollibee, Maxs, GCash, Lazada, and many more!
Recipients in Mexico also have access to a growing list of retailers including Amazon, iTunes, Uber, Uber Eats, Xbox, and others.
Add new international currencies to your account
Add Philippine Pesos and Mexican Pesos (and other available currencies) to your Giftogram account for international gifting by following these quick and easy steps:
- In your Admin Settings, navigate to Currency Settings and add the currencies and catalogs
- Once you’ve enabled the new currencies in your account, add the currencies to your gifting campaigns by navigating to the campaigns page from your dashboard and clicking edit on the campaign you'd like to adjust
- From the Edit Campaign screen, go to Catalog & Denomination and select the catalogs by currency you would like to add to your campaign
- Once confirmed, follow the instructions on the screen to update the campaign
- Once updated, continue to Create and Send to place your order (be sure to select the correct campaign from the campaign drop-down at the top of the screen)
- Finally, select the design for your order — your available currencies will appear in a dropdown for selection
