Use our provided recipient list CSV template to send Giftograms to your entire team in minutes! Using our CSV template ensures we can read your recipients correctly and avoid delays with your order.

For digital Giftograms

• Typically delivered within 2 hours during business hours for established accounts
• New accounts may require up to 24 hours for approval
• You can choose Send ASAP digital delivery or schedule for a specific date and time

For physical Giftograms

• Printing time: 1 to 3 business days
• Shipping time:
  • Ground: 1 to 5 business days ($9.95, free for orders over $500)
  • Priority: 2 business days ($24.95)
  • Express: Next business day ($39.95)

Digital Giftograms

• Order by December 23 for December 25 delivery
• Order by December 30 for December 31 delivery

Physical Giftograms (shipping to one location)

• Order by December 18 for December 24 delivery
• Order by December 26 for December 31 delivery

Tip: Schedule digital deliveries in advance to avoid holiday volume delays.

You can resend bounced Giftograms at no additional cost.

How to resend

1. Go to Orders → Digital Order History
2. Open the order
3. Locate the recipient marked as Bounced,and select more options
4. Select Resend and update the email address if needed

Good to know

• You are not charged for emails that permanently bounce
• Bounced gifts can be resent once
• You have 120 days from the original order date to resend
• Select the arrow next to the Bounced status to view the bounce reason
• Re-sent gifts appear as a new line item for tracking

Yes! You can customize both digital and physical Giftograms.

Digital customization

• Upload your logo under Brand Settings
  
• Add brand colors to your email template
• Choose from holiday and New Year designs
• Add personalized messages and sender names

Physical customization

• Add your logo or message to physical Giftograms
• Include a personalized greeting card

All customization options are included at no additional cost.

Yes! Physical Giftograms are available as custom plastic cards.

1. Select "Create & Send" and choose physical delivery
2. Choose your denomination and quantity
3. Add optional greeting cards

Card details

• Standard gift card size: 2.125 x 3.375 inches
• 30 mil glossy finish with scratch-off code
• Includes a 5.25 x 4.25 inch greeting card

Direct mail option

We can mail cards directly to recipients for $3.50 per card (includes postage and greeting card).

Physical cards require activation before distribution, but there are no activation fees
